Health Practitioners: Carol L. Seng, MAOM, L.Ac., D.A.
Carol L. Seng graduated from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in Portland, Oregon with a Masters in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. She completed her residency at the Portland Alternative Health Clinic, which offers acupuncture and herb for HIV+ clients and for assistance in addiction recovery. Carol received her BA in history/political science from Immaculata College.

Carol's holistic training began at the Kushi Institute in Brookline, MA. She studied macrobiotic philosophy and cooking. Over a span of two decades she has worked at various organizations educating people on the benefits of eating a whole foods diet, using nutritional supplements, and the importance of supporting sustainable agriculture.
Carol continued her post-graduate studies in Chinese medicine with Lonny Jarrett, LAc in Clinical Integration, a four-year program with a focus on Chinese pulse diagnosis. Carol then continued her education in a two-year Chinese herbal program under the tutelage of Sharon Weizenbaum, LAc, a renowned Chinese medicine herbalist and scholar.
Carol practices meditation and believes in the importance of cultivating balance and awareness in all aspects of the human condition - physical, mental, spiritual.
